Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
• Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks.
• Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts, including consistent execution of recipes in the following areas: Meat/Fish fabrication, Sauces, Baking, and Vegetable Prep.
• Maintain sufficient par levels and back-ups at all times.
• Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness.
• Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards.
• Assist all other employees, whenever possible, with any tasks necessary for effective guest focused restaurant operation.
• Expected to have honest, open communication with staff, managers and owners.
