Job Description

Little West Tavern is a wood-hearth neighborhood tavern inspired by the independent spirit of the West. We serve up an approachable environment characterized by warmth and hospitality for frequent visits. A familiar space for regulars and newcomers alike, grab a seat at the bar for spirited fun, or a table welcoming friends and family.

This individual is passionate, positive, creative, and cares deeply about the team that they lead. Primary responsibilities include everything from organizing the team for success, sourcing product, working closely with the restaurant team, and planning and execution of new menu items all while ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial targets. This individual will set the standard for all things taste, sip, and try.

Requested tasks include:

  • Direct daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Bring innovative and thoughtful ideas for menu creation; testing and perfecting recipes consistently.
  • Manage food inventory; controlling stock and placing orders as needed.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members.
