Are you ready? Because we are looking for a Garde Manger Banquet Cook!

Your MINDSET should be that of a team player with a good portion of personality, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality. You will be a true representative of the company to customers, employees, and the public, providing support for our customers and colleagues.

What does the ROLE entail? You will produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations in a timely manner, while having professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position will work a single station in the kitchen and require supervision and training. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and communicating successfully in a team environment. Additionally, this position assists other cooks to ensure that Event Orders are prepped and prepared, requiring a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.

Your EXPERIENCE should include a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While a culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred, a fun and energized person with a creative mindset is what we are looking for. Skills Required extracted by

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
  • 1 year of previous cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • All basic cooking skills proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
