What does the ROLE entail?

• Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations in a timely manner.
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures and experience in the culinary world.
• This position will work a single station in the kitchen and require supervision and training.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean workspace.
• Responsible for communicating and working successfully in a team environment.
• This position also assists other cooks to ensure that Event Orders are prepped and prepared.

• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• 1 year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Capable of performing all basic cooking skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
