Your experience will involve producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations in a timely manner. You will have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures, and experience in the culinary world.

This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and practicing positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.

• 1-3 years of experience preferred in a hotel or large volume catering environment.
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work both in a team and solo environment.
• Capable of standing for 8 hours and lifting/pushing up to 50lbs.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
