The position is designed to provide a courteous and efficient dining experience to guests. Responsibilities include:

• Become knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, specials, and prices.
• Respond tactfully to guest complaints.
• Communicate all guest suggestions or complaints to the Front House Manager.
• Monitor guest needs on a continual basis and check for guest satisfaction as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Become familiar with casino events and promotions in order to accurately inform dining guests.
• Accept payment and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Clear tables of used service items as needed.
• Follow all alcohol sale and food safety ordinances and regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Verify the legal age (21) of guests ordering alcohol.
• Comply with ABLE Commission rules, and Alcohol Sale & Distribution Procedures.
• Comply with tip reporting procedures and Title 31 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and/or temperature.
