Concessions Cook - Portland, OR

Pay Range: $19.50 to $20.75

Levy, the food, beverage, and retail partner for the Rose Quarter, home of the Portland Trail Blazers, is seeking a passionate and friendly Concessions Cook to join our team for the 2024-2025 NBA season. As a Concessions Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing a variety of concession menu items, ensuring high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing locations within the arena.

• Prepare and cook concession menu items, following recipes and using various kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and concessions stand environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Adapt to shifting stand locations and pivot between tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be a friendly and energetic individual, comfortable in a loud and high-volume atmosphere, with a desire to sharpen their cooking skills.
• Experience as a cook in a fast-casual dining or similar environment is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work evening and weekend events as scheduled.
