The Cook is responsible for efficiently and effectively producing all menu items designated by Abby’s, following company standards, specifications, and procedures. You will also provide the best possible service to every customer who walks into the Abby’s experience.
Duties and responsibilities for an Abby’s Cook include understanding our ticket procedures, using proper amounts of sauce and cheese, and knowing the procedures behind it. You will make regular and deep dish pizza with proper amounts provided, prepare specialty salads and sandwiches, perform oven tending, cutting, and redressing procedures, as well as chicken preparation and chicken broasting procedures. Daily cleaning duties are also part of the role.
