• Preparing food items needed for service
• Establishing an efficient cook line workflow
• Assisting with kitchen, walk-in, and storage area sanitation

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills
• Valid food handler's card
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
