As a cook at Bandon Dunes, you'll use your culinary skills to create exceptional dining experiences. Each day, you'll prepare food according to our recipes and standards, helping to build memorable meals for our guests. You'll help keep our kitchen safe, clean, and organized, supporting a collaborative and friendly environment where quality and attention to detail are key.

About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

You're A Great Fit If You

  • Have experience in the kitchen (1 year preferred) and can perform some quick math for recipes and portions.

  • Take pride in your appearance and presentation, and maintain the highest standards in cleanliness and safety.

  • Basic culinary experience, ideally 1 year or more, to hit the ground running.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
  • Flexibility: you'll be working varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • A positive attitude and a professional demeanor in all circumstances.
  • Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
