Key Responsibilities:

• Station Management: Oversee and execute all tasks for station setup. Ensure product needs are met for timely ordering and maintain quality standards. Assist with menu changes, inventory, and ordering as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pub stations.
• Culinary Excellence: Consistently produce high-quality culinary products. Adapt and perform in any kitchen station as required. Execute all sports pub functions and assist in prep work, expediting, plating, and dishwashing.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a respectful and cooperative work environment. Provide and receive positive and constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive kitchen experience. Proficient in culinary techniques, knife handling, and sanitation. Valid food-handler’s permit.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Capability to maintain a positive attitude during busy periods. Physical ability to lift up to 55lbs and withstand long shifts in high-temperature environments.
