We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team at McMenamins. In this role, you will handle tasks from the opening to the closing of the kitchen, including the manufacture and presentation of all hot and cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, and weekly specials.

Each line cook is responsible for the organization and cleaning of their work area. This position requires hard physical work, mental agility, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. You must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing excellent quality food for customers.
• Safely lifting and carrying heavy objects, if necessary.
• Following strict adherence to deadlines and product quality.
• Performing repetitive movements and working in a hot kitchen environment.
• Communicating clearly and cooperatively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers.
• Completing dishwashing duties as needed.
