We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team at McMenamins. As a line cook, you will handle a variety of tasks from the opening to the closing of the kitchen, including the manufacture and presentation of hot & cold food products such as salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, and weekly specials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing excellent quality food for customers.
• Accurately working with numbers, orders, and following recipes and food specifications.
• Safely lifting and carrying heavy objects with assistance, if necessary.
• Maintaining a value for diversity and working effectively with individuals from different backgrounds.
• Remaining calm and focused while providing excellent food products in a fast-paced environment.
• Following strict deadlines and ensuring product quality.
• Performing various physical tasks, including standing, walking, and handling kitchen equipment.
• Communicating clearly and positively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers.
• Working with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals as needed.
