This person will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of the hotel kitchens in a fast-paced, high volume hotel and according to Omni standards. This person would be a leader in the Culinary Department helping to create a great atmosphere for all employees.

  • Focus on production of very fast-paced culinary banquet operation in a high volume hotel.
  • Responsible for efficient and effective operation of the Restaurant kitchen and food production outlets.
  • Ordering and inventory maintenance of all kitchen produce, meats and supplies.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as documentation, menu revision/fabrication, staff scheduling and email correspondence.
  • Coach & mentor line staff.
  • Participate in F&B and management meetings.

  • 2-3 years Culinary management experience in a Hotel with high volume banquets.
  • Experience managing employees in a busy atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with chef administrative duties such as payroll and menu design.
