Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily culinary operations across various outlets to ensure consistent quality and maintain full kitchen responsibility in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Supervise Chef de Cuisine and Banquet/Outlet Chefs, fostering a supportive and mentorship-driven environment.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, best practices, and food and labor cost budgets.
• Lead recruitment, training, promotions, and discipline for staff, inspiring excellence through mentorship.
• Create and implement new menu concepts, ensuring thorough staff training and consistency in food quality.
• Maintain an active presence during high-volume service periods, assisting as needed to achieve production goals.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards, training staff in proper hygiene and safety practices.
