Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef to support the team at the new Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the Philadelphia International Airport. We are looking for a chef with prior culinary supervisory/leadership skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge, which will offer top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to its elite guests. The position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Basic Management Experience - 2 years.
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
