Cescaphe Event Group seeks a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the newly renovated Bellevue Hotel, now part of the award-winning Cescaphe Event Group. If you truly desire to cook and have a proven track record of leadership experience leading teams in a positive environment, we would love to hear from you.

A background in fine-dining restaurants is crucial for this role, which provides a challenging, rewarding, and growth-oriented opportunity. The Sous Chef at the Bellevue Hotel will support the Head Chef and team to ensure consistent, high food quality, maintain accurate recipe control, and manage kitchen operations while doing their part to cultivate the most positive work environment possible.

Experience in banquet & catering in a sophisticated, fresh food environment is essential. Cescaphe Event Group offers a competitive salary and bonus structure for outstanding performance. Availability to work nights & weekends is necessary.
