Line cooks needed! Over the last ten years, we have become one of the most respected names in the local restaurant community. We need part-time at our Manayunk location, and part-time & full-time at our Queen Village location. All shifts available are in the evening.

Our line cook responsibilities include:

• Setting up and stocking stations.
• Preparing food for service.
• Cooking with a deep fryer & flat top grill.
• Following all direction from Kitchen Manager & Leads.
• Stocking and rotating inventory appropriately.
• Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner.
• Complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations.

Applicants must possess the following:

• Minimum one year experience cooking in a restaurant or culinary school.
• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride in punctuality.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to clean with all downtime.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Dependable transportation (shifts run longer than buses & trains).
• Ability to get along well with others.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $16 - $22 Hourly
