Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe - For either Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession or Steakhouse. Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals. Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes. Communicates station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef. As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations. Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef. Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner. Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
