As a Prep Chef, you will assist our Chef in prepping elegant tea sandwiches, soups, quiche, and desserts for a formal teahouse. Your duties will include:

  • Menu planning.
  • Scratch cooking.
  • Assisting with the service line.
  • Supply ordering.
  • General kitchen duties.

Hours of operation are Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Prep is usually done on Tuesdays and earlier mornings, plus throughout the week, with possible Sunday events.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $14 - $20 Hourly

Bonus/Commission: Yes
