In the Line Cook role, you will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line Cooks will also be responsible for ensuring the prompt and correct fulfillment of food orders, assisting in final dish preparation, and checking the status of food orders.

For our H2B Visa Program in the Line Cook position, you could be placed in Newport, Narragansett, or Tiverton, Rhode Island. All 3 of these towns are located right on the ocean, and all within close proximity to one another. Outside of work, there is much to do in Rhode Island. Most known for beaches, sailing, seafood, and cute coastal towns, Rhode Island is a destination like no other. It is a wonderful place to work, live, and visit.

We are hiring H2B LINE COOKS for the following locations within our company:

• Castle Hill Inn - Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop.
• The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar - Located in the heart of downtown Newport, The Mooring elevates the Newport seafood tradition to a new level offering indoor/outdoor seating with views of Newport Harbor.
• 22 Bowens Wine Bar & Grille - Located on Bowen’s historic wharf just steps away from The Mooring and Smoke House; this gorgeous steakhouse offers prime steaks and NE's finest seafood with indoor/outdoor seating overlooking Newport Harbor.
• Celeste - Located in the sandy shoreline community of Narragansett, Celeste is where relaxed, sociable gatherings effortlessly come together to enjoy our unique menu of Southern European flavors.
• Boat House - Located in Tiverton, RI, outside of Newport. Residing on a bluff over the foot of Mt. Hope Bay, the Boat House celebrates coastal New England’s rich natural abundance: fresh seafood and local produce.
