We are seeking a Cook to support our Corporate Workplace Restaurant’s operations! This position’s main responsibilities are to efficiently prepare quality food and provide exceptional customer service in assigned stations, to our quality expectations and as required.

The main stations are - Deli, Salad Bar, and Pizza; you may be asked to fill in other stations as needed. You will be expected to prepare menu items on the station's menu for breakfast/lunch and for catering, while providing Excellent Customer Service.

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and meets production needs. Prepares food by using correct portioning, ensuring food is the correct temperature and quality. Prepare and cook food according to quality standards and presentation standards. Follow F.I.F.O & rotate all food and beverage products. Performs job safely while maintaining a safe environment. Maintains a clean and sanitary work area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Must have a cook's level of food preparation knowledge and 4 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen. Food Safety Certification required or attained within 4 months. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate about products to other employees and to communicate with customers. Exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of safe food handling practices and knife skills. Teamwork - Skilled with working efficiently, effectively, and respectfully with others. Willingness to continually learn and improve. Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and make decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to memorize recipes and orders. Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks.

The hiring range for this position is $19.76 - $24.66 USD per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, time off allowances, and much more.
