Alpine Country Club hosts an upscale dining room serving Italian based cuisines to members and their guests. We strive to deliver exciting yet familiar dishes to those who dine with us. We are a private club catering only to our member base and any guests they have join them. During the summer, the club is in full swing with tournaments, private events, and member events.

Line cooks are responsible for the daily preparation, execution, and cleaning of equipment and kitchen during shifts. Line Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Setting up and breaking down work station.
• Prepping any items needed to full stock unit.
• Executing service day of function.
• Cleaning line equipment and floors.
• Organizing storage units.

• Private club environment.
• Opportunity to work during events and tournaments.

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean work area.
• Willingness to work weekends and weekdays.
• Transportation preferred.
