Job Description

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Bryant University in Providence, RI.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets.
  • Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing, and assembling them for customer purchase.
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes.
  • Manage food inventory when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.

Job Requirements:

  • Culinary experience or education preferred.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and food presentation skills.
  • Customer service focused nature.
