• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Observe and test foods by tasting, smelling, and piercing.
• Perform food preparation work, including seasoning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and presentable at all times.
• Manage food inventory.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
