G&E Partners are working with a Top 30 ENR General Contractor, looking to onboard strong Executives across the States - primarily around the East Coast and South US. You will be joining a leading GC, helping to build out their new divisions and targeting key markets including Industrial (Food & Beverage and Pulp & Paper) and Commercial (Hospitality, Casinos, Data Centers, Healthcare). This is a great opportunity to join a leading ENR GC and help build out their new positions across the US - reporting directly into the VP, offering strong packages (location and experience dependent).

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

• Project Leadership - Lead key mega projects in their core markets - serving as the representative to stakeholders and representatives. Ensure project is completed on time and on-budget. Be directly accountable for project success, and leading a team of Project Managers.
• Business Development - Once project completion, having the ability to build on existing accounts and win projects, supported by the estimating department.
• Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders - addressing any needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contract Management - Negotiate terms with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Client Interfacing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive construction management on the General Contractor side, with oversight of large ground-up projects ($50M minimum).
• Experience working with Top ENR GC(s).
• Showing longevity of service, having worked for the same company for a minimum of 5+ years.
• Experience working in a variety of ground-up construction markets.
• Experience in Data Centers, Hospitality, Healthcare or Casinos preferred.
