Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set with Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients.
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef.
  • High volume, upscale dining, and refined style.
  • Decent tenures - No "job hoppers".
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Hands-on and attention to detail a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations.
  • Controls food and labor costs.
  • Supports, trains, and develops the culinary team.
  • Upholds highest standards of product execution, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
  • Communicates with the team, sets expectations, and provides accountability.
