We are looking for a Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine. Your responsibilities will include understanding and demonstrating a commitment to our ‘Our Culinary Culture’. As a Cook, you will display an openness and willingness to learn all things pertaining to your professional development.

Your role will involve:

• Providing full cooperation to the Sous Chef and Chef de Parties on duty to ensure the highest level of production.
• Having full knowledge of all menu items, syllabus, daily features, and promotions as it applies to your operation.
• Ensuring all food is prepared according to the recipes and standards specified by the Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chef, including quality checks and tasting all food prior to it being served.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Following kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensuring all EcoSure and Servesafe standards are followed supporting the direction of your Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties.
• Maintaining proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.
• Actively sharing ideas, opinions, and suggestions in daily shift briefings.
• Completing storeroom requisitions accurately.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
