As a key member of the culinary leadership team, the Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in delivering outstanding, flavorful dishes while maintaining the highest standards in food safety, sanitation, and profitability. This role is vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and contributing to the restaurant's overall success.

Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to kitchen staff.
  • Conduct daily line checks to ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Uphold kitchen best practices, adhering to established food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to deliver consistently great guest experiences.
