Responsibilities

  • Cook menu items assigned to station.
  • Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes.
  • Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen.
  • Dispose of spoiled food and other waste material.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management.

Qualifications

  • Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Have effective communication skills.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
