We are looking for a Pastry - Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry Cook) who maintains the highest standards of food quality and presentation in the workstation as directed by the CDP on duty. The candidate must have experience and knowledge in pastry. This position may require assistance in other areas of the kitchen including a la carte restaurant, and production areas of; banquets, garde-manger, vegetable, butcher, soups, and sauce stations.
