We are seeking a Sous Chef Team Lead to join our Food Services department in Dallas, TX. This position involves the daily management of food service production operations and employees, filling in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary, ensuring recipe compliance in all production areas, and resolving any production issues that arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering food and sanitation supplies as needed for production operations.

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• At least 5 years experience in food services preferred.
• At least 3 years food service leadership experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) for Patient Services Lead role preferred.
• Culinary School for Retail/Sous Chef role preferred.
