Under general direction of the Dietary Chef, provides for the dietary and nutritional needs of patients, guests and staff. Prepares, cooks and serves food according to hospital standards and nutritional guidelines. Follows hospital recipes and adheres to all hospital and state sanitation and food handling codes.
