Part-Time Grill Cook at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Grill Cook to join our dynamic team. We're committed to food quality, customer service, and our community. As a Grill Cook, you'll work within a team creating a unique menu, from scratch-baked bread and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

This is a part-time position. Work-life balance is a priority; all Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations are closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare meal items accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work quickly and confidently.
• Multitask effectively, learn from mistakes, and proactively offer assistance to other departments.
• Maintain strict adherence to all local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of kitchen experience (preferred, but not required)
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary from week to week (7am-10pm, Monday-Saturday) depending on customer traffic and time of year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
