The Cook organizes and prepares hot food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for patients/residents and staff. The Cook is responsible for next day production for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals and supervises kitchen staff in the absence of the Food Service GM, Chef, Dietician, and Diet Tech on duty.
