This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Manchester Center, VT. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, supervising staff, creating and executing menus, maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
