At Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront, we are seeking an AM Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a part of the Landmark family, you will play a crucial role in delivering genuine, heart-felt service to our guests.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Completing opening duties: setting up the work station with required tools, equipment, and supplies according to standards.
• Inspecting the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Checking production schedule and pars to establish priority items for the day.
• Informing the Chef/Kitchen Manager of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.
• Transporting supplies from the storeroom and stocking in designated areas.
• Starting prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day.
• Preparing all menu items following recipes and yield guides according to department standards.
• Informing the Chef/Kitchen Manager of any shortages before the item runs out.
• Informing F&B service staff of 86'd items and the amount of available menu specials throughout the meal period.
