We are seeking a cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The essential job functions include:

• Preparing, sautéing, broiling, frying, baking, and grilling food items.
• Operating grill, fryer, broiler, oven, and French top as needed.
• Performing preliminary preparation work in a timely manner.
• Ensuring ingredient supply levels are accurate.
• Transporting items from shelves to assigned stations for restocking.
• Maintaining a sanitary and organized work area.
• Understanding and maintaining safety and health codes and regulations.
• Cleaning and organizing all assigned areas and tools.
• Preparing food products according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Communicating effectively with team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel.
• Assisting with any other job-related duties as assigned.

The position requires the ability to work from a standing position for extended periods and uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations. A Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License is required.

This role is set in a loud, fast-paced environment where multiple tasks must be handled under time constraints. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift.
