We are looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our team at Colonial Williamsburg. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakeshops, proper rotation and monitoring of raw and finished products, and ensuring the production of high-quality pastries.

Your essential functions will include:

• Proper wrapping and storage of all pastry products.
• Baking products fresh for daily production.
• Producing pastries according to required quantities for buffets, private parties, and more.
• Maintaining knowledge of special dietary requests and specialty fruits and vegetables.
• Finishing and sending all daily production.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate a strong understanding of proper measurement procedures, both weighted and volumetric. Excellent public contact skills and a hospitable attitude towards guests are essential.
