Tazza Kitchen in Henrico, VA is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team!

Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha, and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.
