As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of pizza station menu production, preparing food in accordance with Parkhurst recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
  • Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
  • Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
  • Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
  • Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
  • Produce pizza dough daily.
  • Ensure proper line presentation and maintain proper serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management.
  • Complete daily production sheets and store/date all food items properly.
  • Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with management regarding product and supply needs.
  • Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
