We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing the guest by preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to our restaurant's standard recipes. You must provide quality food products and set an example of excellence to all employees in terms of attendance, morale, appearance, and work ethic.
Your responsibilities also include ensuring proper receiving, storage (including temperature settings), and rotation of food products to exceed Health Department regulations. You will need to communicate verbally, in a calm and positive demeanor, with the service staff throughout the function.
It is essential to continue updating your cooking knowledge through books, magazines, and discussions with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. You must uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize the standards required by a regulated business. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
Physical, mental, and environmental demands include the ability to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas, working comfortably under sanitation guidelines, and producing multiple cuisines.
