Looking to add a member to our kitchen team. We are a small staff, serving an 8-12 course ambitious seafood tasting menu 5 nights a week. Our focus is sustainability, which isn't just limited to sourcing but the culture in our restaurant. Our kitchen team is an integral part of the service every evening, presenting dishes and describing the food to our guests. The pay is an hourly rate depending on experience as well as a portion of the service charge. Passion is more important than a resume for us here. Fine dining experience is not necessary; we are committed to being teachers and will work with you to learn how to execute the Reverie menu.
