Role:

The candidate is an outstanding line cook with culinary experience who will handle large volume line and prep duties for the restaurant. The candidate will demonstrate a hands-on approach to recipe implementation, preparation techniques, food quality, consistency, and safety.

Duties:

• Food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain high-performance standards.
• Be on time and consistent.
• Contribute positively to culture.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in kitchen and dry storage organization.

Schedule: Part Time: Saturday/Sunday brunch and Monday lunch.

Pay: $20-$22 per hour.

Physical Setting: Bar, Casual dining restaurant, Fast casual restaurant.

Shift: Day shift, Morning shift.

Ability to Commute: Washington, DC 20036 (Required).

Work Location: In person.
