Line Cook - Ted's Bulletin

Ted's Bulletin, renowned for its delicious tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts, is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our growing team. We're a scratch kitchen using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create a craveable menu of American cuisine, featuring classic favorites and exciting new dishes. We're committed to ongoing culinary development and are looking for passionate individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

This full-time position requires at least one year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. You must be adept at executing tasks under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality food to our valued guests. You'll take pride in your work and strive to exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) encouraged.
  • Food safety and sanitation certification a plus.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, including conversions.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including breakfast shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and stamina; ability to work within a small, highly mobile space.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to withstand temperatures up to 105 degrees.
  • Ability to communicate and understand the primary language of the work location.
  • Ability to perform essential functions to company standards with reasonable accommodation.
