We are looking for our next Sous Chef star! This position has a lot of perks and room to grow and develop your skills with the opportunity to assist in seasonal menu changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef: Supporting the head chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Menu Development: Collaborating on menu design, suggesting new dishes, and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
  • Handling Orders: Assisting in managing orders during service, coordinating between kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.
  • Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, conducting regular checks on food safety practices.
  • Supervising Kitchen Staff: Overseeing and training line cooks and kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.
  • Food Preparation: Preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring all meals meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Communication: Facilitating effective communication within the kitchen team and with other departments.
