The Line Cook position reports to the Manager and Head Chef. The wage range for this role is $19.00-22.28 per hour.
The line cook will handle various tasks from opening to closing the kitchen. Duties include, but are not limited to, the manufacture and presentation of all hot and cold food products, such as:
Each line cook is responsible for the organization and cleaning of their work area. This role requires physical stamina and mental agility to effectively multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced, loud, and deadline-oriented environment. A line cook must also have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
All employees are expected to perform their jobs in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to Management. Employees must also keep current on all company events, history, and products. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager on duty.
