Task & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all baked goods are produced efficiently and to a consistently high quality.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability/knowledge to complete all areas of production - mixing and moulding dough, proofing, and baking.
