This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items that result in high quality of taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues.

Responsibilities include observing and practicing all established health and sanitation procedures, ensuring all products are prepared, held, and served at correct temperatures, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. You will also coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy, assist with re-stocking supplies, and perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual.

You may be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift and will implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance of kitchen areas. Compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations is required, along with performing other related duties and responsibilities as needed.

The position requires 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and independently. Safe work habits and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
