We are currently searching for our Executive Chef at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino. The Executive Chef is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the culinary department, ensuring quality, consistency, and team member development on all levels. This position is also responsible for meeting all company and State Health Department rules and regulations, in addition to creating and maintaining a highly productive, positive, and communication-driven work culture that fosters growth and creativity in a fun and professional environment.

Qualification Expectations:

• Eight (8) years of progressive culinary management experience with at least three (3) years as Executive Chef or similar, overseeing multiple high volume and diverse outlets.
• Culinary Degree, recognized apprenticeship, or college degree. A combination of education and extensive related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
• Exhibit advanced knowledge, understanding, and skill of all culinary styles, cooking methods, and menu development.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgets, P&L’s, and financial reporting.
